Good Podcast
This podcast is great, It used to take 30 minutes to me to close my eyes and actually get to sleep but ever since I found this podcast, I got to bed quicker and I got more sleep, it also helped me get the energy I needed to do good in school, I highly recommend this podcast.

Me and my friend were in the car and couldn’t fall asleep so I put this on, chose an episode, and we got way calmer. We didn’t fall asleep but it really helped! Would recommend just be ready for an ad at the start. 😂 The podcast also helps with homework. The rain is nice and calm, and reminds me of camping or playing outside in summer. If you’re mad, try this on and you’ll feel so much better. I love this podcast. I can’t wait to see if it will help my sleep insomnia tonight.
